Join us in circle for heart warming Cacao and Sacred Song. During this offering, seasonal guidance will be shared as we craft our intentions for the upcoming Winter Solstice which will serve and support us throughout the season ahead. All are welcome! After ceremony, we will open our hearts fully and settle into a deeply restorative yoga practice. This practice is an invitation to come home to yourself. 💕
