Service Description
Family Yoga is an accessible class to all families with children 4+. In this class we will explore our yoga practice as an interactive group rather than individually on the mat. Expect meditations, games, chants, partner postures, creative play, and mindful group or partner activities that enhance our communication, mindfulness, & having fun while doing so!
