Mother’s Day Sound Bath

Service Description

This sound bath is open to all and intended to celebrate all types of mothers. Abby will guide everyone through a relaxing and restorative sound bath with her healing instruments: the ocean wave drum, crystal singing bowls, moon gong and chimes. Each instrument will transport you to your own world of relaxation and allow your nervous system to slow down. To celebrate all mothers, Abby will create a space for you to retreat, be seen and held. This is a time for you to focus your energy on yourself. We encourage you to bring your mother, friend, sister, any mother figure in your life or anyone you would like to share this special sound bath experience with. Single tickets are $44 with a BOGO 50% off special. Member rates are $34. Abby of Sounds of Abundance is a Mother, Healer, Warrior, Filipina, Advocate, Visionary and more. She is a Sound Healer Practitioner in the Bay Area who wants to bring healing services to folks outside of the traditional yoga studio and into the heart of communities. Abby is an advocate for mental health and wants to continue normalizing trauma, anxiety and depression as she has been on her own healing journey the last several years. She is now at a point in her own journey where she would like to share and help others through sound healing.
